Welcome to my website!

I'm Katerina koukiotis (aka Katerinaart) the artist behind all these drawings and paintings. I'm a traditional Portraiture/Fantasy artist/ illustrator from Queens N.Y This is my little space on the net where i share my drawings and paintings :)

Since i was little i always had a passion and love for art and drawing. I'm a self taught artist i never received any formal art of training.

My style of art is realism , I specialize in pencil hand drawn portraits and fantasy paintings. I love drawing and painting,Pre-Raphaelite fairy tales , mythology , Gothic, Mermaids , Angels ,Inspirational Religious Christian Art and anything that inspires me.

In November 2004 i started posting my art online ,since then i created my own website katerinaart.com , i started accepting commission requests selling and licensing my work.

I entered several art contests that i won , my art was published in art books/novels,art magazines and online publications.

I believe God gives us all a special talent and gift and it's up to us how we take care of those special talents either be the ability to teach,draw,sing,dance whatever God has given us he has also provided us the will,patience and wisdom to do them well. I thank God for the heavenly gift of art he has blessed me with.

I want to thank ALL the fans and supporters of my artwork, my family ,friends,clients for their endless support last but not least all those who helped me early on encouraging me to pursue my art career, a BIG thank YOU to all of you.
